To commemorate the signing of the Declaration of Independence, we introduced a series entitled "The Saint Andrew's Society of New York: A Walk Through History" on social media. The Saint Andrew’s Society celebrated its 268th Anniversary on November 22, 2024. At this event, the Society presents The Mark Twain Award to its honoree. The award, affectionately called “The Sammy," was first introduced at the 260th Annual Banquet. Walk through a brief history of the award's origins  and recipients up to and including this year's Annual Banquet.
